How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs continue to rise and we do everything possible to keep costs down. Currently shipping charges vary depending on the size of your order.  We recycle boxes as well as packing material as often as possible. We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low. Currently we ship to the 48 contiguous states. If you're lucky enough to live in Alaska or Hawaii, please get in touch with us at twistmyarmoire@cox.net and we'll calculate your shipping charges using the most economical carrier. 

How will my products be shipped?

We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum, and use USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package(s). Depending upon what you order, it may arrive in multiple packages.

When will my products ship? 

We are just as anxious to ship your product as you are to receive it.  Depending on the products ordered, some items are shipped within 3 days and others can take up to 10 days to be on their merry way.  I will notify you on receipt of your order as well as tracking information when it ships.

What happens if there's a problem?

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please get it touch with us within 10 days by emailing us at twistmyarmoire@cox.net and we'll make it right. We do not offer returns, so please purchase with a purpose!
