SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

 

Items will be shipped via USPS. I try to ship as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 days. You can expect longer shipping time around vintage drop dates, sales and Prima new releases.

Please allow 2- 4 weeks for delivery. If you provide the incorrect mailing address and your items is returned to sender you will not be refunded the shipping amount. Please make sure your mailing address is correct.

Returns

 

NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

I cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please make sure you have looked at all the photos and the item is exactly what you want before purchasing.

 

Damages

 

Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS website. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and I will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. I will refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, as long as pictures are given to prove damage.
